30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your product must:

  • Be unopened and unused

  • Be in its original sealed packaging

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions, including the appropriate return address if applicable.

Please do not send products back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted or processed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If your order qualifies under this Return Policy, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the original shipping charges and any applicable return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

Once verified, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are consumable pet supplements, certain items cannot be returned.

For safety, quality assurance, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products with broken safety seals

  • Products that have been partially consumed

These items are not eligible for return or refund unless they were received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping & Fulfillment

To provide fast and reliable delivery throughout the United States, some orders may be fulfilled through our trusted fulfillment partners.

Packaging may vary depending on the fulfillment location; however, every order contains genuine GuluPrime products that meet our quality standards.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.
