Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your return request has been approved. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Opened or used pet supplements cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct product is to return the item and place a new order once your return request has been approved.

 

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped to a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
